Our new A&R Program is revolutionary because it creates a virtuous cycle:
A&R Reps guide artists with their expertise and connections; HOME provides studios and pitch opportunities; and creators maintain ownership and control of their work. A small royalty from the records made in the program goes back to support the Helping Music Foundation, lifting the whole community as artists become successful.
This innovative structure—intentionally not a label or publishing company—develops artists through the support of community and philanthropy.
