Ian Osborne
A&R Director
Writer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Nashville. Has scored Power Rangers (Seasons 26–27) and Miraculous Ladybug, with placements on Disney, Nickelodeon, NCAA, NFL, and ESPN. Since 2020 he's been the in-house producer at HOME and the artist behind Light League.

Pal Sheldon
A&R Administrator
Founder of Artec Sync, a curated catalog of music for film and TV. Recent sync placements include Grownish (Hulu/Disney), Ruby and the Well (BYUtv), and Anora — the 2024 Palme d'Or winner at Cannes. Drives every signing on the belief that a great song will always find its place.

Lord Goldie
A&R Coordinator
Nashville hip-hop artist and creative director who fuses hip-hop, soul, and rock. Has played The Mercy Lounge, the New Orleans House of Blues, and the SXSW festival stage, with multiple NIMA nominations behind singles "Risks," "How Low," and "When You Ready." Writes for sync, produces live shows, and coordinates writing sessions for the program.

Shalom “J.Storm” Miller
Grammy-winning, multi-platinum producer
Joined Missy Elliott's Goldmind Inc. at 19 as part of the Soul Diggaz production team, collaborating with Beyoncé, Gwen Stefani, and Clipse. Now runs Power Move Management Group in Nashville and serves as co-chair of NAACP Nashville's education committee, teaching music business and technology to the next generation.

Performance & Vocal Coach
Berklee + Shenandoah alum who has collaborated with Beyoncé, BTS, Demi Lovato, and Lil Wayne, and worked on America's Got Talent. Co-founder of The Writing Camp, bridging Nashville and LA's hit-music scenes. Motto: Art Over Ego.

Kenny Mullins
Artist & Sync Writer
Nashville songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist with 50M+ streams globally and credits on The Kardashians, Hulu, and Netflix. Has worked alongside Justin Gray, Matthew Gerrard, and Brian Malouf. Endorsed by Fender Guitars and Native Instruments; ASCAP member.

Kipp Williams
Sonic Identity & Songwriting
Nashville-based producer/songwriter signed to Dr. Luke's Prescription Songs. Credits include Echosmith, Nick Carter, Avril Lavigne, RaeLynn, and the Newsboys, plus TV placements on HBO, ESPN, Grey's Anatomy, and Love Island. Develops emerging pop artists in Nashville and Norway via Share Music Group.
