The Artist Development Program
Your support gives artists, writers, and producers access to development pros and real industry briefs, so they create commercial-quality records they own.
Your donations literally turn into music through this program.
Donate NowHow it works
A brief.
Creative direction and a target, not a blank page.
A deadline.
Tight timelines build pro muscle memory.
A mentor.
A development pro guiding the record toward commercial quality.
A team.
Artists matched with writers and producers to create together.
A catalog with a purpose.
Over 40 masters already created with no out-of-pocket expense to the artists.
The model
Every creator enters at Level 1 and earns their way up. Each level unlocks deeper collaboration, mentorship, and investment in their career.
Open to artists, writers & producers
Creators are paired for collaborations with other talented writers and producers, and get hands-on guidance from program leaders to help them create at a higher level.
No out-of-pocket cost. Participants simply maintain their HOME dues for facility access.
For artists only
Artists are paired with our Development Pros for higher-level collaborations, plus ongoing guidance from the top creators and mentors we can find for the program.
Guided by our Development Pros, meet them below.
By invitation, after successfully completing Levels 1 & 2
A selective, fully-resourced accelerator. It is the most resource-intensive stage of the program, so each artist is backed by dedicated sponsors, and we help them raise that support from philanthropists and organizations in our network or from people in their own who believe in them.
Funding is split evenly: half covers program and support costs, and half becomes a dedicated promotion, marketing, and production budget for the artist's own releases.
How it's funded
Fully sponsored
Each artist is backed by dedicated sponsors, and we help them raise it. Give to sponsor a Level 3 artist.
